However before you read any further - if you are looking for a particular kind of coach, a Personal Coach, a Business Coach, a Career Coach or some other type of coach, you are probably taking the wrong approach. 

Although in business we must divide our resources into niches, people are different.  Like all of us, you are a complex individual and the many areas of your live regularly overlap. In order for coaching to be successful, we must develop a holistic approach integrating and respecting all that is you.

How does coaching with you work?

Most importantly, I don’t just call myself a coach I have the training to back it up. I've received hundreds of hours of professional training, which means I have all the skills needed to help you achieve your goals.

As your coach, I am your partner, working beside you to help you achieve the personal and professional success you desire.

Coaching sessions take place on the telephone and last 45 minutes each. Coaching by telephone is a very powerful and highly effective giving you the space and if need be anonymity to be real.  I can also record calls for you to review during the week if you so desire.

Wherever you are in the world, you will be able to relax in the comfort of your own home or office, as you are coached. It's convenient, easy and time efficient, and of course there are no travel expenses, or other driving related issues.

At the beginning of each session you will define what you would like to address that day. I will listen to you, and then I'll ask you simple but thought-provoking questions that really get to the heart of whatever we are working on.

Whether business or personal we will look at your issue from every angle helping you to clarify your needs. Then we will brainstorm your options and devise ways in which you can achieve a solution.

I will help you identify your main goal. We will break it down into actionable steps and I will hold you accountable to staying on track all the while checking in with you to see if you feel you are taking the right actions to achieve you goal. I will ensure that you don’t waste time and money on distractions, or actions that get you off track.

If we are discussing your business, I will also draw on my extensive online business, product development and marketing experience to help me ask you the right questions.

At the end of each session, we'll decide how you'll apply what you've discovered before our next session.
