On this page, a few of my clients will tell you what it’s like to work with me. This is important. It shows where they were before we met, what happened during our sessions, and how coaching helped them.

Before I started working with Krissy, I had a lot of plans. Balancing family with my work in Chinese Medicine made for a busy life. I had so much I wanted to do, but I wasn’t getting it done. It was frustrating and I had trouble sleeping. Then, at 4:30 one morning, I went Online and found Krissy.

I wanted someone to look at my ideas and my life objectively. Krissy is very encouraging. She showed me what was possible and gave me insights into resources and connections with people that got me started. She also gave me structure and feedback that helped me focus and act on my ideas. And I liked that Krissy is younger than I. She brought me into a new way of thinking.

More than anything, when I speak with Krissy I feel empowered. She’s enthusiastic. She makes it seem possible to achieve what I set out to do.

As a result of working with Krissy, I have finished writing a book and am more clear about my plans to apply the diagnostic methods used in Chinese Medicine into other areas outside of medicine, an innovative idea which has never been done. Krissy kept me on tack here.

My bigger dream to create a Centre—built on the ideas I have developed over the last 25 years—seems more plausible since Krissy`s encouragement and help in focusing on the essentials.

All in all, when I speak with Krissy I just feel happy, like anything is possible.

I had been training as a coach for about a year, but had stopped going to lectures and my coaching career was in doubt. I was about at the point of giving up on it when I saw Krissy’s website. Something inspired confidence in me. I contacted Krissy and we started working together.

This built my confidence and Krissy invited me to email friends asking for their impressions of me.  Asking for help wasn't something I was used too, but I took the plunge and emailed ten people asking for feedback.

Stepping outside my comfort zone was easier than I had imagined, and Krissy’s enthusiasm rubbed off. I thought, What have I got to lose? Soon, I could join things and be part of it. Not to stand on the side. I began to organize my affairs, woke earlier, felt more energetic and before long I started coaching my first clients.

Whenever I missed a goal, Krissy moved me along by showing me I was accountable to myself, not to her. And Krissy taught me to have a plan. In fact, that’s what she left me with. A five-year plan to follow, and the realization that I was accountable to myself. She also had a way of working along side me. Krissy had the attitude that if she could do it, I could do it, too.

As a new coach I wanted to get my practice onto the market. When I met Krissy through a peer coaching program I was immediately impressed.

I don’t believe in limiting myself, but Krissy was able to encourage me to go even farther. She helped me focus on what I wanted to accomplish and took time to celebrate my success. We never slowed the pace. Krissy always wanted to know, What’s next? If I reached for the moon she encouraged me to reach for the stars and the sun.

And Krissy opened my mind up with all her energy. We worked together for 12 weeks and I started to think bigger and stretch farther than I thought possible in such a short period.

It helped that she kept me in action. For instance, during a coaching session I expressed an interest in public speaking. Krissy pushed me on it and I was booked to speak in under a week.

She always encouraged me to act in the moment, and staying in motion broadened my thinking. She asked thought provoking questions that stimulated my personal power.

In between sessions, Krissy summarized our conversation. Even the way she phrased her feedback gave me insights. I still use the exercises we did together during sessions. They take me beyond my current vision.

Krissy is completely authentic. She’s done what she teaches, and she is part of my success team. She stretches my mind and proves that the only limits are those we place on ourselves.
